At OGChat, we are committed to providing our users with a high-quality experience. If you are not satisfied with the services you have received, we are happy to offer a refund in certain circumstances.

Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

1. Technical Issues: If you encounter technical issues with the OGChat platform that prevent you from using the platform as intended, we may offer a refund. Refunds for technical issues must be requested within 5 hours of the service being provided.
2. Unsatisfactory Service: If you are not satisfied with the service provided by an expert on the OGChat platform, we may offer a refund. Refunds for unsatisfactory service must be requested within 5 hours of the service being provided.
3. Billing Issues: If you are incorrectly charged for services on the OGChat platform, we will refund the overcharged amount. Refunds for billing issues must be requested within 1 day of the charge being made.

Refund Process

To request a refund, please contact OGChat support at support@theogchat.com. When submitting your request, please provide a detailed explanation of the issue you encountered and the reason for your request for a refund.

Once we have received your request, we will review your case and determine whether you are eligible for a refund. If you are eligible, we will process the refund as soon as possible. Refunds may take up to 7 days to process, and the refund amount will be credited to your original payment method or returned to your OGChat wallet, if applicable.

Exclusions

OGChat reserves the right to refuse refunds in certain circumstances, such as:

1. Misuse of the platform: If it is determined that you have misused the OGChat platform, such as by engaging in fraudulent or malicious behavior, you will not be eligible for a refund.
